Who is in charge of the FSE?
The FSE is governed by the FSE commission consisting of seven individuals appointed by the State Board of Education. The Governor submits recommendations for three of the appointees, and the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives each submit recommendations for two appointees.
