Who is qualified to produce a Home Condition Report (HCR)?
Home Inspectors responsible for preparing Home Condition Reports hold a qualification at NVQ Level 4 (equivalent to degree level). Additionally I have in-depth knowledge and understanding of residential construction and property defects across a range of properties as set out in the approved National Occupational Standards for Home Inspectors.
