Who is responsible for FOIP at the City of Lethbridge?

The City of Lethbridge City Council must designate a Head by bylaw under section 95(a). The Head is responsible and accountable for all decisions taken under the Act. At the City of Lethbridge the Head has designated most duties to the FOIP Coordinator, Kathy Wolansky.
