Who negotiates SRAs?
Sponsored research agreements are negotiated by the Office of Contract Management (214-648-3135). The staff of the Office for Technology Development is occasionally involved, especially if the sponsored research agreement includes intellectual property or license/option provisions beyond the university standard agreement or if potential license terms are included in the sponsored research agreement.
