You will own the domain name, it will be registerd with Tradesmen Websites while you are using our service. Once you cancel with us you can optionally choose to take the domain name with you or we will just cancel it with our ISP. All the code and HTML of the website belongs to Tradesmen Websites, any copy you have supplied us is yours and we will not use it once our agreement has cancelled.
