Any repairs not covered under the four year extended warranty or insurance is the responsibility of the student and parents. There is a $100 deductible for repairs under the insurance policy. Typical examples of non-warranty repairs are user caused damage due to the laptop being dropped, stepped upon or liquids spilled on it.
