Who pays the medical and hospital bills for the birth mother and the baby?
Most of our birth mothers are on Medicaid, which covers the expenses for the birth mother. The adoptive couple are responsible for any expenses that are not covered by insurance or Medicaid. If a girl is unable to get Medicaid and does not have insurance, then the adoptive couple pays the medical bills.
