Jetro resellers provide the fundamendtal support for Jetro’s products. Every potential reseller has to go through our training program and sign our service statute before receiving authorization to sell Jetro Platforms products. This is how we make sure that our resellers have the expertise to support our systems. When there are issues the reseller can not handle, Jetro Platforms supports the reseller and ultimately the end user.
