Costumes are the responsibility of each participant. Make-up, costumes and shoes are the financial responsibility of each cast member based on the creative team’s concept. If specifically asked to purchase, rent or create a special costume, each cast member is only responsible for the first seventy-five dollars (not including shoes or make-up).
