Who qualifies to be a witness?
The current guideline of fifteen to twenty (15-20) students is based on how many people can be monitored by an individual at one time. As the record is open to all students, basing this on an average classroom size would not be feasible. Although the following can be used as witnesses at the institutions where the record attempt is taking place, two overall witness statements must be provided by two other independent witnesses who do NOT have a vested interest in the successful outcome of the attempt.
