For general questions specific to records, contact the Support Division’s Records Unit at (757) 385-4333. For questions specific to ePRO, you may contact the Office of Planning and Analysis at (757) 385-4143. For questions specific to an investigation, contact the investigator at (757) 385-4101. For Freedom of Information questions, contact the Custodian of Records at (757) 385-4145. Most offices are open between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
