Who should use the decision-making framework?
The framework can be used by African governments, in collaboration with their partners, at national, regional, and global levels. Those involved in the decision-making process include ministries of health, policy, finance, and planning, as well as leaders from the World Health Organization and the United Nations Children’s Fund, malaria scientists, and donors.
