Who supervises the halls?
Resident assistants (RAs) supervise a community of students for the length of the school year. They live in the hall and share the public facilities with students. Beyond their academic responsibilities as full-time students, RAs act as a resource for residents with academic and personal questions, and promote safety and encourage community-building within their indivdual halls. RAs are supervised by Complex Directors, who are full-time, professional staff who train and support RAs in their efforts of leadership and hall programming, work to maintain optimal living facilities, and determine sanctions for students with disciplinary issues.
