Avalon has received a broad range of support from local civic groups and townspeople. Our supporter base includes: the Huntington Economic Development Corporation, Huntington Station BID, Huntington Housing Coalition, Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Highview in Huntington, Family Service League, Helping Hand Rescue Mission, Vision Long Island, Long Island Association, Long Island Progressive Coalition, Action Long Island, and the Long Island Junior Chamber along with hundreds of individual residents in the community.
