Who went into hiding with the frank family?
Another Jewish family hid in the “Secret Annex” with the Franks. They were called the Van Daans in Anne Frank Diary of a Young Girl, but there real name was Van Pels. The family consisted of a father, a mother, and a son, Peter, who Anne eventually became good friends with. There was one other person hiding with them. He joined them later. He was an elderly Jewish dentist named Dussel. Anne was frustrated by him sometimes, and she had to share a room with him. There was a total of eight people in the secret annex.
