Who were the Restless/Lost Dogs?

0

The Restless were the group that Neil used to record the unreleased Times Square album (partially released as the Eldorado EP) and Freedom. The members included Chad Cromwell (drums) and Rick Rosas (bass) from Neil’s previous group The Bluenotes, Pancho Sampedro (guitar) from Crazy Horse, and Ben Keith (pedal steel), a longtime Young associate. The Restless toured America in early 1989; when they toured the Far East in the spring of that year, they played as The Lost Dogs, even though The Lost Dogs were the same musicians who comprised The Restless.
