A CFEC permit is required for all vessel operators and any individuals who will be fishing and selling seafood product on behalf of the allocation holder. This may include anyone fishing and selling product for IFQ permit holders, or fishing under an allocation of BSAI king or Tanner crabs made to CDQ groups or the Community of Adak.
