Why a class series vs drop-in classes?

This is a question that we get a lot. We have a couple of reasons for this. At Moving Moxie we believe that it is through a regular commitment to your health and wellbeing that you’ll see results. In the hustle and bustle of life, it can be easy to put off exercise when other, seemingly more important things come up. We hope that by encouraging our clients to sign up for our short 6 week class series that exercise and wellbeing will become a natural part of their daily (at least weekly) routine. We ask that clients sign up and pay for all six classes at the beginning of each series. When possible, clients will be able to make-up their first pre-arranged absence if there is availability during a different class time. This may not always be possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
