Why am I being told to purchase a valid license when I try to use my Yugma SE (Skype Edition)?
Due to a recent Skype update for Windows users, some users have seen this message in the Skype Extras Manager window. We have some recommended steps to resolve this issue, but please remember that this issue is associated with the Skype Extras Manager. As a result, you may need to contact Skype for further assistance. • Please attempt to update your Skype License. This can be done inside of Skype by going to tools > Do More (Extras) > Organize Your Extras, then clicking the options link at the bottom of the Extras Manager Window. From here, click the Refresh Licenses button, then attempt to Launch Yugma SE again. If this does not resolve the issue, please proceed to step 2. • Please update your version of Skype by clicking Help | Check for Updates in your Skype console. This update should resolve this error. Please note that this message is from Skype, not Yugma, and Yugma DOES NOT require a license to be purchased to use our software or service.
