Why am I getting a write-protect error when I use the ZVUE to copy music or photo files to an SD memory card?

For the time being, you should use a SD/MMC card reader rather than connecting the ZVUE to the computer directly with a special USB cable. These standard SD/MMC card readers are available from Lexar, Sandisk, or Dazzle. (See the Card Reader FAQ above.) Soon the ZVUE’s improved USB driver will be available for download. Check here for updated information.
