The server examines the input sequence and will output a warning message if it thinks you are applying a BLAST program on an inappropriate sequence type. Ignore it if you are sure your application is right. The warning message will not stop BLASTO from running. However, if you get an error message from BLAST, you should examine your input sequence carefully to make sure it is in the correct format.
