Why am I having problems deleting messages in WebMail?
If messages were deleted and moved to the Trash folder of the WebMail box, but continue to “appear”, do the following. First, verify that users are not only moving the messages to the trash folder, but that once the message is moved to the trash folder, the user: • Opens the Trash Folder and clicks on the Empty Trash link OR, • Clicks on the LogOut button, which will empty the trash If they move messages to the trash but do not complete both of the above steps, the messages in the trash will remain.
