Why are Bissingers confections premium priced compared to some other candy companies?
Bissinger’s handcrafts each piece of candy with the utmost care and only offers candy to the customer when it’s perfect. Machine-made candy is much more efficient, but also requires altering the recipes which results in altering the taste. Handcrafting is a slower, more expensive process because of the high cost of labor invested into the production.
