The issue you are having is most likely related to one of two issues: 1) The speed on your internet connection, and/or the available memory (RAM) on your computer. But there is a temporary solution… With instant-access type videos, downloading (known as buffering) is happening while you watch them play. Typically the speed of a broadband or satellite internet connection allows you to download the video faster than it plays which means that it will run smoothly. However, if your internet connection is slower than the video plays it will catch-up to the buffer resulting in the picture freezing periodically. While it is frozen a new bit of the video is buffered and then played. This will repeat itself over and over again. To resolve this issue and improve viewing quality of any video, you can either try upgrading your internet connection, or upgrading your RAM. The simple solution would be to pause the video immediately after it starts playing. This will allow it to buffer a bigger piec
