Actually, we have wines from San Luis Obispo County (where Paso Robles is located) as well as from Santa Barbara County. The climate in Santa Barbara County is ideal for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as for Sauvignon Blanc and Gew?rztraminer. Our Paso Robles appellation is better suited to reds-Merlot, Cabernet, Zinfandel and Syrah.
