Why are more handset models not supported?
TCS has worked with a number of users in piloting the Blackberry Enterprise Server for GroupWise. These two models were available from T-Mobile and seem to meet size and form factor requirements. As new or other models become available, we will attempt to install the required software to ensure that they are supported as well. However, no guarantee of support is implied at any time.
