Why are no testing slots available for APICS candidates to schedule an exam through Pearson VUE?
Both Pearson VUE and APICS monitor testing availability closely. We encourage our testers to register as early as possible, as our testing sites administer non-APICS exams as well. The seats at these testing sites are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Testing seats fill up quickly. In order to ensure a candidate gets their preference of date and time, they must register early. The website gives “real-time” information regarding testing space availability. If our members are encountering conflicting information it is imperative that they immediately notify APICS so that we can ensure our process is working properly. Please email certification@apics.org if you wish to log a complaint. Include your name, APICS customer ID, best telephone number for contact, date and time you attempted to schedule your exam, the location you selected, and the error message received.
