Why are the build times that show in the build section of the Planet not reflecting in the Active Build List?
If your Planet does not produce more Energy than you consume then build times increase. You will notice your Energy is the last set of values to the right hand side on your Planet view in Red. If the value on the left hand side is greater than the one on the right you need to construct or further develop your Energy Strucutres.
