Why are the language/content rules so stringent?
For one, just about any host in my price range (read: free) has stiff rules about content. If you break those rules you get shut down, or you get hate mail from someone’s parent accusing you of corrupting a minor. Or whatever. Chiefly, though, I like my sites to have as general an audience as possible, which is why I avoid fandom political alignments if possible.
