Why are there arrows drawn on the fronts of Nigels [crash and ride] cymbals?

A. Nigel does this so that after each song, he can reposition the cymbals (arrow pointing down) so that the Paiste logo on the underside (which faces the audience) reads properly. Nigel loves his sponsors!
