Why are there two sets of headgear slots on the OptiLife interface?

0

Moving the headgear from one slot to the other will change the angle at which the headgear holds the interface, and, therefore, may change the feel and seal of the interface. Our trial results showed that the majority of patients liked having the headgear attached to the back slots; some patients, however, preferred the comfort and seal of the interface when the headgear was attached to the front slots. We recommend trying both arrangements and selecting the one that gives the best results.
