Why are TWIC enrollment centers relocating to new facilities?
• The TWIC enrollment contractor, Lockheed Martin, and L-1 Identity Solutions (prime contractor providing enrollment services for the TSA’s HazPrint program) have partnered to provide enrollment services. As a result, the majority of TWIC enrollment centers will migrate to existing L-1 locations. Some of these locations will service both TWIC and HazPrint programs to provide a convenience to transportation workers.
