Why are we billed up front for four (4) playoff rounds?

0

As with all of our ticket operations, we try to be as efficient as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to bill for and deliver tickets for as many rounds as possible. Just like you, we hope that our team goes as far as possible into the playoffs. Naturally, we cannot assume that the team will not go deep into the playoffs or even into the final championship round. Since each round can potentially end very quickly, we must make sure that our season ticket holders have tickets in their hands before the next round begins. When we bill for the playoff tickets, if there is any mathematical chance of the team having home court for any round, we must bill accordingly to prepare for the chance of playing a full series with the final game of the series played at home.
