Why aren HSBC and NatWest mentioned?Only HBOS and Royal Bank of Scotland (and Barclays)?

Natwest is owned by Royal bank of Scotland so they will be mentioned as the whole rather then each seperate bank. HSBC is not mentioned becasue they are a stronger bank – they bank all over the world rather then just in the UK so they have more back up as when its needed.
