Why aren’t Luzern products FDA certified organic?
Luzern is first and foremost a cosmecutical company. We formulate serious skin care with serious results. Being organic and pure is part of our philosophy but does not in itself make our skin care effective. There seems to be a “false choice” out there implying that you cannot have highly effective and clean skin care. This is not true. Some of the reasons for this misinformation are the desire for companies to jump on the bandwagon and to have a “certified organic” product. We are not interested in this, as it would mean omitting safe and effective ingredients that cannot be certified. Many of our most effective ingredients come from actives such as Peptides, Vitamins, Oxygen, Co-Q10 and Alpha-Lipoic Acids that cannot be certified organic. Get the most for your money and do not settle for just “what not in there.” Most organic skin care just provides moisture to the skin and very little in the way of delivering results.
