Why arent the messages I get in my e-mail in my voicemail inbox?

Login to myphone.aeneas.com, and enter the Voicemail section of the site. Click on the options tab, and find the option labeled Delete messages after notification. If yes is selected, then your messages are being automatically deleted after being sent to your e-mail. They will not be in your telephone inbox, or your web-based inbox. If you wish to keep a copy of your messages in your inbox, make sure no is selected.
