Why build a day care center? Is it really needed?
Yes! It is necessary for many reasons: Working families will often just leave their kids at home to fend for themselves; many children cannot, or are too young to care for themselves while their parents are working; many children are simply better off at the Center than at home, due to lack of food, an alcoholic father, incest, or rape.
