Why can registered users comment on submitted and published articles?
Registered JOSIS site users may comment on articles, both under review and published. The objective of this is to encourage debate and more active community involvement, raise the standards of submissions, combat plagiarism, and provide useful links to related work for authors and readers. Comments will be moderated, and inappropriate or spam comments removed, with abusive users blocked from future commenting.
