The Facility Identifier will be assigned by the Risk Management Program (RMP) Reporting Center for all “first-time” RMP submissions, when RMPs are processed. The Facility Identifier is a 12-digit number, and will not accept alpha characters. First time submitters must leave this field blank. You will be informed of your assigned Facility Identification number in your notification letter that tells you the status of your RMP.
