First ensure that if using at home at the same time as your PC, that your broadband subscription allows multiple IP addresses. Confirm an IP address has been allocated by viewing the information at Start > Settings > Connections tab > Wireless LAN. Another potential reason could be that your GPRS Connection settings requiring you to connect through a proxy server which cannot be accessed from the WiFi Access Point. Check this with Start > Settings > Connections tab > Connections > Manage existing connections > Proxy Settings.
