Why can I see images like the Caloric Ratio Pyramid™ or the Nutrition Facts label?
Many of our graphics use Flash. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. If you are experiencing problems with these graphics, we recommend you download and reinstall the stand-alone Flash player from Adobe, even if you have done so before. You may also be experiencing an issue with JavaScript. JavaScript, cookies, and I-frames must be enabled for Nutrition Data to run correctly. The following are some known issues and their resolution: • Browser-securing settings disable cookies and/or JavaScript. The easiest change is to set your browser security level to Medium. If you are uncomfortable with that and are using Internet Explorer, then you can add NutritionData.com to your list of Trusted Sites. For instructions on how to do this, see below. • The 2006 edition of Norton Internet Security blocks JavaScript. We strongly recommend you update to the latest edition of Norton Internet Security.
