There is nothing wrong with your calculator or the ZipTest Pro3 software. When the ZipTest Pro3 software is loaded in the working area, you cannot turn the calculator off by pressing the [2ND] key and then [ON] key. However, your calculator will turn off automatically after two minutes of inactivity (this is the Automatic Power Down feature). If you want to turn it off immediately, you must exist the ZipTest Pro3 programs by pressing the [2ND] key and then the [F2] key. After you exit the ZipTest Pro3 programs, you may turn your calculator off by pressing the [2ND] key and then [ON] key. In order to load the ZipTest Pro3 programs into the working area again, from the home screen press the [] (lime green color) key and then the [3] key.
