Why cant we have homes made out giant Lego bricks and do away with builders?
There are building systems out there. Unfortunately, many areas of the country have overregulated the building process to the point that it is almost impossible to even do home repairs and upgrades yourself. I read an article that in NJ about 30% of the cost of a new home involves permits and government requirements. That is outrageous. I think people are taking the “Lego” think a little too literally.
