Why did CASB not export any of the non standard indicators when I used Export CASB strategy?

Make sure that you have imported all necessary functions into your TradeStation, if you have used any non standard or proprietary functions. (There is no way that CASB can know what functions are standard TS functions and which ones are proprietary). CASB is not exporting ELS/ELD files but is only exporting a text file. If you havenot imported all your non standard indicators, then that text might not Verify in TradeStation.
