Why did my fluted silver- or gold-plated accents change color if I havent worn them?
Its possible that the hand-enameled material on the fluted silver- or gold-plated accents may have reacted to something in the environment; but more likely it is because the item has come in contact with hairspray, perfume, scented lotions, sunscreens, or rejuvenating moisturizers. If your item has been purchased within the 120 warranty period, you may return it to us for restringing at no restringing or shipping charge.
