Why did the ancient egyptians make sacrifices to the gods?

0

They made sacrafices so they gods qould favour them. If times were bad such as with the weather and there being a poor crop season, Egyptians would offer sacrafices because they thought the gods were angry and that this might please them so then fortune would be apon the Egyptians. When times were bad, people thought the gods were upset, therefore the only solution they had was to make sacrafices to please the gods.
