Web Video Downloader can’t detect a Flash video if it has been stopped. So let the video start to play, then the program can capture it immediately. However, that case could because you have already downloaded the Flash video file before. Please check “History” tab in Web Video Downloader for Firefox, and see if the flash video file has been downloaded. Also, if you visit a Web page and watch the Flash video before you open Web Video Downloader for Firefox, then the program may not detect the Flash video. You can choose “Tools -> Privacy -> Cache -> Clear” to clear cache files, click the icon of Web Video Downloader for Firefox, and visit the page again. Then the program can detect Flash video file automatically.
