I got my first ford in 76-it was a 68 fairlane.The trani went out within 6 months.I have owned too many fords to count since then and all but 2 of them had a trani fail.But thats OK cause every chevy ive owned has blown an engine and every mopar product kept me working on something electrical.Pick your evil-I find tranis cheaper and easier to replace.
