Why do I get an application error when I have more than one geometric network loaded in ArcMap?

Each geometric network you create can have a set of associated weights. When you switch the current network in ArcMap, the set of weights that you work with also changes. In the Analysis Options dialog box, the sets of weights that you use to specify the weight filter are re-initialized. If you do not specify new valid weights to use for the weight filter after you switch the current network, then you will receive an application error.
