Why do I have to enter my userID and password each time I choose an option in the PHP tools?
This can be due to an incorrect username/password combination when logging into your Personal Home Page. Remember, the password is case sensitive – be sure the Caps Lock is not on. Another possibility is your browser’s cache. Try clearing both your disk and your memory cache. Then, go to http://home.pacbell.net/ and try again. The use of the Personal Home Page tools requires the use of cookies. If you have configured your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you before accepting a cookie and you press cancel, you will be asked for your userID and password each time you access different screens in the Personal Home Page tools. To disable this, accept the cookie when you first log in to the Personal Home Page tools. Alternatively, in Netscape Navigator, go to Options | Network Preferences, choose the Protocols tab, and uncheck the box next to Accepting a Cookie.
